Our group supported shorter meetings during online times.
Interesting - Hour meeting that ends 15 minutes early is a Win! Time and psychological :-)
It's impossible to be at your best for others if you don't take care of yourself first.
I also try to think about a phone call instead of zoom especially with one person. Also, I have worked to get to 20 minute meetings.
Meeting time is always hard because you must balance People vs. tasks - execution
