Weekly Roundtables - Shared screen with speaker view
Reminds me of the importance of collaboration.
Teamwork is critical
And it's not about the glory, right?
Teamwork exists on and off the field so to speak
Focus on TEAM as central to "making it" to the big moment!
Human connection is essential
Also, a huge success or accomplishment is so much better when shared with others. In isolation, it’s not nearly as gratifying!
Thanks, Kim and Brad!
"Human connection is essential" reminds me of Make Decisions that Sustain People and Build RELATIONSHIPS: https://9principles.com/learning/make-decisions-that-sustain-people-and-build-relationships/

Rounding works well as a feedback mechanism when you have time to make decisions...more difficult when you need quick feedback.
30-day check-ins with new hires as well. I’ve had a few recently, and I got good insights from people new to our environment.
Great point, Mark - though huddling a small team of those who will be impacted is another idea for speed.
Listening groups are great for getting at underlying issues
That's great news, Kim! Important to listen to experience of new employees.
Also, maybe a feedback "Huddle" would be helpful for input/feedback on a decision that is needed quickly.
Kim- taking the time for those 30-day check-ins with new hires really can be so beneficial to both parties!
Great point, KK.
Mark, Melissa and KK, all of that reminds me of KK's thoughts on Clear Decision-Makinghttps://9principles.com/learning/clear-decision-making/
I like rollercoasters, but not this ongoing one!!
I agree Kim!
That's such a good quote!
That makes me think from an equity lens as well
Shoutout to Jennifer who had an amazing thought as we were coming back. Hope to hear more from you in the future!!
